At Friends Forever Pets, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you and your furry friends to be happy with your purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


General 30-Day Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new and unused items within 30 days of the original shipping date for a refund of the product price. Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 – 5 business days.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition (free of pet hair, odors, or stains).
- All product tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

We take pride in our craftsmanship, but if your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Returns from Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada can be very difficult to arrange. Please review product details carefully before you place an order.
